What is SHGC?

SHGC stands for Solar Heat Gain Co-efficient.  A fraction of solar radiation admitted through a window or door (either transmitted directly and/or absorbed) is subsequently released as head inside the home.  The lower the SHGC rating of a window the less solar heat it transmits and the greater its ability to block heat gained from the sun in summer.  A window / door with a high SHGC rating is more effective at collecting solar heat gain during winter and keeping the home warm.  Our windows and doors have a SHGC rating of 0.45

Both Jim and Ken have finished and we couldn't be happier with what they have left us with. Congratulations, and be proud, of having such professional, efficient and considerate men representing your firm. Put together with your wonderful product, you certainly have something special to offer people. Rest assured that we will recommend you to many, but this email was truly to commend your workers and their skills. Please tell them how grateful we are as we know how difficult it can be to find such highly committed staff.
